Our services are available to individuals who are uninsured, underinsured, or facing financial hardship. Proof of financial need may be required, all needs are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. All patients are required to meet with our Insurance Counselors or show proof of applying for insurance and a denial/unaffordability to remain eligible for services.

We ONLY accept donations of medical supplies and financial support. We do not accept clothing or any other yard sale items.
Yes! Thanks to our amazing volunteers and generous donors, all medical, dental, vision, and support services are provided at no cost.
All patients must register before making an appointment. Registration forms can be printed online or picked up at the clinic. The form must be completed IN FULL before making an appointment. Call us at 870-425-5010 with any questions. Volunteers and Staff are available to help with the registration process, which will take about 20 minutes.
Medical, dental, and vision services are by appointment only, but mental health counseling offers walk-in availability.

Our general hours are Tuesday-Thursday, 9 AM - 3 PM. Evening clinics are held on the first and third Thursday of each month from 5 PM - 7:30 PM.
Inclement Weather Policy - The clinic will close when Mountain Home Public School is closed. Check KTLO or our Facebook for updates.
No, we do not offer emergency visits or after-hour visits. This includes dental, pharmacy, etc. Mountain Home Christian Clinic is not an emergency facility. If you have a life-threatening medical emergency, please call 911 or visit the nearest hospital.
